Our standard Prenuptial or Postnuptial Agreement is £750 per partner – a total of £1,500. This is suitable for most couples, and includes multiple redrafts where required, and separate legal advice for each partner. 

For clients with more complex asset positions, and those with combined assets over £2m, we recommended our Fully Comprehensive Prenuptial or Postnuptial Agreement Package. The resulting agreement is 26 pages long and provides a highly detailed overview of the couple, their background and respective bargaining positions, and a settlement that each partner considers fair and reasonable in all the circumstances. Again, separate legal advice for each partner is included. 

This package costs £1,250 per partner – a total of £2,500, and its more comprehensive detail provides an increased prospect that a court will appreciate and follow the stated wishes of the parties in the unlikely and unfortunate event of a split. 

For clients without imminent plans to marry, who wish to live together and regulate their finances, particularly where property is shared, our Cohabitation Agreement costs £490 per partner – a total of £990.
